BrandIt Strategies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our internal and external use of programs, calendar and process management. This Administrative Assistant will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with high expectations for work quality and output. Our Administrative Assistant should be used to dealing with tight deadlines and can manage the requirements of various internal stakeholders. This person will improve the entire look and feel of projects through attention to detail, and your work on the page seems effortless (even though we know it’s not!).
Responsibilities & Roles
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Maintains various clients picture repository
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
